looking for cheap PAL (web)cam with s-video out

It seems very hard to find ... there are tons of cheapish ones with composite but only one i found has s-video out ... any ideas anyone?? Don't need a full cam just the lens / CCD
maybe i should look into getting an old/half defective handycam or something

why do yo need s video?

1) my lappy has s-video in
2) i just improved video in in flowmotion and made it as fast as using normal clips
3) s-video looks better than composite

if i dont find anything i guess i should get an adapter

Hey Robotfunk, forget about webcams, instead search for surveillance/security cams (check the links here: http://www.vjforums.com/showthread.php?threadid=97) and I recommend you pick those with infrared leds for proper nightshot work, after all you know what darkness conditions our work usually is, however there you can choose any other BW/Color Wired/Wireless S-Video output capable cam you like.

BTW I?m eagerly waiting for your FULL REVIEW about your ProStar 8894 laptop performance for VJ work... at least using Flowmotion, :)
