vdmx problems help

recently both vdmx2 and vdmx3 stopped functioning correctly. the red bar underneath each channel that indicates the portion of the clip you wish to play has disappeared... so i can play FULL clips, just not portions of clips. sometimes i can bootleg the shit so a red bar appears but all it seems to accomplish is the repetition of a single frame (a freeze)

has anyone else experienced this problem? its really aggravating and i dont recall any software installations or uipgrades that would prompt this.

that sounds weird. have you updated any system softwares lately? quicktime perhaps?

i've upgrade quicktime from 6.0 to 6.0.2 but this was after the problems started appearing. i think i may reformat, since a brand new system should make my pwoerbook happy.

sounds like the quicktime measurements are getting thrown off. have you brought this issue up with vidvox?
